化纤设备滤芯又名熔体滤芯此滤芯主滤材主要采用不锈钢编织网和不锈钢纤维烧结毡 两种。不锈钢滤芯是由不锈钢丝编织而成，其折波滤芯具有孔道光滑、易清洗、耐高温、耐腐蚀、丝网不脱落、过滤周期长等特性。不锈钢纤维烧结毡是一种采用不锈钢纤维经高温烧结制成的多孔深层过滤型材料，其折波波芯具有孔隙率高，透气性好，纳污能力强，再生能力强等特性，广泛应用于石化、化工等行业的过滤系统。
主要特点：过滤面积大（是普通圆柱形滤芯的5—10倍）、过滤精度范围广（1—300um）
主要联结方式：标准接口（如222、220、226）、快接口连接、螺纹连接、法兰连接、拉杆连接、特殊定制接口
