不锈钢滤芯是过滤行业的专业名词，滤芯的一种，主滤材采用多层不锈钢烧结网。
不锈钢滤芯（Stainless Steel filter ），具有很好的良好的过滤性能、对2-200um的过滤粒度均可发挥均一的表面过滤性能，主滤材采用多层不锈钢烧结网，过滤精度为0.5-200um，其外形尺寸可按用户要求加工。
具有各种不同的孔隙度(28%—50%)、孔径(4u—160u)及过滤精度(0.2um—100um)，孔道纵横交错，耐高温、抗急冷急热。抗腐蚀.适用于多种酸、碱等腐蚀性介质，不锈钢滤芯可耐一般的酸碱和有机物腐蚀，特别适用于含硫气体过滤.强度高、韧性好.适用于高压环境中.可焊接，便于装卸.孔形稳定，分布均匀，保证过滤性能稳定.再生性能好.反复清洗再生后过滤性能恢复90%以上。
