YNT-S series a kind of automatic self-cleaning filter suitable for harsh environments can be equipped with a 3500micron -50micron filter screen for different application requirements, with 8"-36" caliber. The filter’s self-cleaning process is started by a differential pressure switch which is monitoring the pressure difference on the filter inlet and outlet all the time, and usually the default value of the differential pressure switch is 0.5bar (7 psi). Working principle
When the pressure difference on the filter inlet and outlet reaches the preset value, the filter will begin with the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process involves two steps: to open the drain valve at the upper cover of the filter; the motor drives two stainless steel brushes in the body filter screen to rotate, and the impurities captured by the filter screen are brushed down by the steel brush and discharged out of the drain valve. The entire cleaning process takes about 15-60 seconds, the cleaning system keeps continuous flowing, and the entire running process of the filter is controlled with a control box accompanied.

Performance
■ Uninterrupted water supply: precious little water in the cleaning course, 1% of the volume of water out of the filter; the flushing time is 15 seconds, and the entire system needs uninterrupted water supply.
■ High filtration precision: the filtration precision can be up to 20 microns, with a variety of precision filter screens optional for you.
■ Large filtration area: the effective filtration area of a standard filter screen is 7 to 40 times the entrance area.
■ Reliable cleaning: there are a variety of control modes, such as manual, pressure, time, and PLC program logic control and so on optional.
■ Low-cost and simple installation: various structure forms, suitable for installation at the site under all the circumstances, without affecting the operating results.
■ A long service life: more than 10 years of a normal life; the filter screen is made of stainless steel, and if necessary, the filter screens of different specifications can easily be replaced. |
