1. High filtration efficiency, and maximum filtration precision of 0.3um;
2. Long service life, and the longest continuous service life of 10 years, lasting at least two to three years;
3. Exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion, resistance to acid, alkali and salt, resistance to most of the organic solvents below 90℃; tasteless, non-toxic, non-foreign body stripping, and good mechanical properties, difficult to damage;
4. Microporous PE material temperature ≦ 80℃;  microporous PA material temperature ≦ 100°C;
5. Microporous filter elements have high mechanical strength, particularly strong impact strength, and difficult to damage;
6. Easy backflushing, and high regeneration efficiency.

Application conditions
1. Gas-solid precision filtration: it can be used to remove dust in gas and remove oil droplets and filter water droplets;
2. Gas bubbling: it is used to increase the dispersed gas bubbles with a certain solubility of gas in the liquid and the bubble diameter is uniform;
3. It is used as a gas analysis board in the powder operations (such as powder conveying and powder fluidization);
4. It is used as a support plate for the dispersion of porous solids in the dispersion of solids and liquids (ion exchange column, chromatography column, etc.);
5. It is used as a muffler for compressed gas exhausted into the atmosphere;
6. It is used a porous support body for the microporous membrane, ultrafiltration membrane and other kinds of membrane.


Material
Ultra-high sub-polyethylene is used as the main raw material, which is in line with the requirements of GMP and FDA. No adhesives used, it has a wide range of chemical compatibility.
