| Working principle |
| The filtrate driven by pressure enters into the filter through the entrance, and it penetrates into the porous filter tube from its outer wall; the suspended particulate impurities in the filtrate are blocked on the outer surface or inner surface of the filter elements by mechanical filtration, adsorption, etc.; as the filtration time goes by, the filtration resistance increases proportionally; when the differential pressure reaches the pre-set backwashing pressure difference, the motor drive in the backwash mechanism and the corresponding valves start, and run by pressing the program switch; the backwashing can be completed with compressed air or water and can also be achieved by a purified liquid or solvent. |
