Depending on the characteristics of media and different filter parameters, in the filter, the porous ceramic filter elements with different filtration precision and different filter area are adopted. The shell materials mainly are: carbon steel, stainless steel, glass-lined steel, lined carbon steel fluorine, and lined rubber; the filtration precision is 0.05-30 microns. |

Working principle |
The filtrate driven by pressure enters into the filter through the entrance, and it penetrates into the porous filter tube from its outer wall; the suspended particulate impurities in the filtrate are blocked on the outer surface or inner surface of the filter elements by mechanical filtration, adsorption, etc.; as the filtration time goes by, the filtration resistance increases proportionally; when the differential pressure reaches the pre-set backwashing pressure difference, the motor drive in the backwash mechanism and the corresponding valves start, and run by pressing the program switch; the backwashing can be completed with compressed air or water and can also be achieved by a purified liquid or solvent. |
