In the oil refining industry, when the automatic backwashing filter is used as a pre-filter of the reactors for hydrocracking, hydrotreating, hydrorefining and hydrogen desulfurization, this can effectively prevent the clogging of the catalyst bed, reduce the frequent manual switching operations and heavy filter cleaning, and avoid unnecessary downtime, thus protecting the expensive catalyzation and extending the operating cycle of the device, with a good economic benefit.
SS-2 tubular automatic backwashing filter is provided with standard carbon steel, stainless steel or coated shell.
The filter cartridge is classified into mesh cartridge, sintered mesh cartridge, fiber cartridge and wedged-shaped cartridge.

The main materials include polypropylene, polyester and nylon, and the skeleton is a stainless steel perforated plate.
3. The filtration precision of the wedge-shaped cartridge ranges from 500 meshes to 25 microns, and it is very suitable for high viscosity or abrasive slurry and can withstand extremely high pressure and temperature difference.

Automatic backwash design provides continuous filtration, maintenance-free
When the automatic backwashing filter is in the backwashing process, single filtration groups can enable backwashing by turn, so as not to affect the normal filtering of fluid.
Filtration devices use a pneumatic drain valve, with a short backwashing time, low water consumption, good environmental protection and economy
When the backwashing filter is working properly, the fluid enters from the outside of the filter media into the inside of the filter media while the impurities in the fluid are blocked outside the filter media; when backwashing, a clean liquid or gas can be used, the impurities are discharged out of the filter PLC control system from the bottom and the mode of remote control is achieved.
