DS series tubular automatic backwashing filter is a multi-purpose automatic backwashing filtration system of YNT and is used for the separation of solid particles in liquid or gas. The filter uses high-precision filter pipes, which are combined into a filter part and placed in a cylindrical container. The container is designed and manufactured according to GB150, and is monitored according to the Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Pressure Vessel. In order to adapt to a variety of different working conditions, there are many forms of the filter optional; to provide the most suitable filtration system, the DS series filter can be equipped with a variety of filter cartridges, such as sintered cartridge, metal powder cartridge, ceramic, PE, and PAC cartridge. 1. Diversified configurations are suitable for a variety of working conditions, whether to separate solid by gas or to separate solid by liquid
2. High precision: a foreign advanced cartridge is optional for the filter, with a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%

PLC control: the filter is provided with a full set of control system; when the in and out differential pressure reaches a given value (adjustable), the control system issues a directive to start the backflushing program, make the cartridges backflush according to the program, so that the differential pressure returns to the original value and the device achieves uninterrupted operation
5. Easy to install: the filter, ash storage bucket, valves and control mechanism can be skidmounted and shipped out of the factory; piping, air source and power supply support bearing need to be prepared at the site.
