YNTSH01 filter bag
With a very long life

　　YNTSH01 filter bag is an advanced product for blanket filter bag, and its special structure makes it a longer service life than a normal filter bag by two to five times.
　　The filter bag is made from polypropylene and polyester two extra-long life materials and thus compared to general blanket cloth, these two materials are composed of more slender and heavier fiber, so at the same efficiency and differential pressure, the filter bag’s dirt holding capacity is greatly improved.
All-welded structure with superior performance
The filter bag is 100% all-welded and has a reliable seal ring, and therefore it can be used in any demanding applications.
No fiber contamination will be formed at its downstream.
The outer surfaces of all DURAGAF filter bags have been particularly treated, as can prevent fiber shedding. The surface of the filter bag is specially singed and polished to knot the surface fiber together, thus to form a compact layer of protection at the downstream; what’s more, the loose fibers on the interface in production will be combined together after soldering process.

Food and beverage applications

The two materials of the filter bag are in line with FDA and EC standards, and they can keep a direct contact with food, without addition of any resins, adhesives or surface treatment.
